What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private-label cosmetics?
MOQ depends on the product type, formula, and the right factory for your project. Generally you can start with smaller quantities than traditional manufacturing. We send an exact figure once we know your idea's details.
Do I get a sample before committing to the full quantity?
Yes, we provide an initial sample to approve the formula, scent, texture, and packaging before moving to full production.
Do you design the packaging and visual identity too?
Yes, we help design packaging that reflects your brand identity, including the container, labels, and outer packaging box.
Can you package a product manufactured elsewhere?
Yes, we offer packaging as a standalone service even if the product isn't manufactured with us, as long as it meets the required specs.
Is pre-shipment quality inspection mandatory?
It's not legally required, but we strongly recommend it for large orders to protect you from receiving defective goods after arrival.
What happens if a product fails quality inspection?
We document the issue with photos and a detailed report, coordinate with the factory to correct it before shipping, or help you decide the best course of action.

What's the difference between factory sourcing and the ready-made factory directory?
Factory sourcing is a dedicated process to find and verify a factory tailored to your project. The factory directory is a ready-made data file you use yourself for direct outreach.
How do you verify a factory's credibility?
Through an on-site visit, reviewing licenses and certifications, and checking its track record with other clients and actual production capacity.
What's the difference between DDP and DAP when shipping from China?
Under DDP, the supplier covers all costs including customs and duties until the shipment arrives ready at the customer's door. Under DAP, the shipment arrives at the agreed destination and the importer handles customs and local taxes.
How do I make sure the goods are good quality before shipping?
We perform an on-site inspection of the product, quantities, and packaging inside the factory before the shipment departs, to confirm it matches the agreed specifications.
Can products from more than one factory be consolidated into one shipment?
Yes, we help consolidate your products from several factories in one warehouse before final inspection and shipping as a single shipment.
Do you ship to all Gulf countries or just Saudi Arabia?
We ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, following the same process from factory sourcing to final shipping.
How long does shipping from China take?
It depends on the shipping method (sea or air), shipment size, and final destination. We send an accurate estimate when you request a quote.
